Since our foundation in 2017, Tinman Elite has worked to push the sport of running forward. Through honest connection with the community, providing opportunity to athletes who deserve a second chance, and transparency in storytelling, we aim to show a different side to the world of pro running.

We're a team founded by the athletes, and we work to bring out the best in one another. We're uncompromising in our values and goals—happy to go against the grain if it means we're staying true to ourselves.

Because we believe that running already has enough heroes to root for—it was about time the people had some rebels to back.
